Use KONWA in a call
Point Discord, Zoom, Meet or Teams at KONWA instead of your microphone.
The pattern is the same in any app with a microphone setting.
- Start translation in KONWA first.
- In the call app’s audio settings, set the microphone to the virtual device you installed — BlackHole 2ch on macOS, VB-CABLE on Windows.
- Leave its speaker or headphone output as it was, so you still hear the other side.
- Say a sentence and check with the other person that they hear the translation rather than your own voice.
KONWA translates what you say. It does not translate what the other person says, and it is not a recording tool. Make sure you are allowed to translate the conversation you are in.
