A few details before your next conversation.

Is voice cloning included?

Yes. Plus and Pro include voice cloning at no extra charge. Speaking with your cloned voice uses your usual translation time. Lite includes the voice library, without voice cloning.

Does Listen Translation use extra time?

No. It runs inside your translation session, which is counted once whether or not you listen.

Does Listen Translation work on Windows?

Yes, on Windows 10 version 2004 or later, including Windows 11. On a Mac, it needs macOS 14.2 or later.

Can I use one account on more than one computer?

Yes. Sign in with the same account on macOS and Windows. Your minutes are one balance, wherever you use them.

What happens to unused minutes?

Your plan’s minutes refresh each month and do not roll over. Time pack minutes stay available until 90 days after your latest pack purchase.

How does yearly billing work?

Pay for 10 months and get 12 months of your plan. You pay once per year, and your translation minutes still refresh each month.

What if I run out of time?

Translation stops when your balance runs out. You can add a time pack or manage your plan in your account. Extra time is never purchased automatically.
